Online meditation - newcomers welcome, summer book reading + practice week 8

Dear friends, we invite you to join us for Monday night sangha.

The first Monday of every month - regardless if it falls on an online night or an in-person night, you are welcome to join a facilitator before sangha at 6:15pm Eastern for an optional orientation.

No previous mindfulness or meditation experience is necessary.

Join us for week 8 of our summer book reading and practice program.

We will read page 225=256 of Zen and the Art of Saving the Planet by Thich Nhat Hanh.
*Please note there is no need to own the book or read in advance to enjoy the practice with us. Nor is there a need to attend every practice to benefit from the readings, as each Monday practice will continue to be a stand alone and complete practice.
