On Friday, sitting meditation begins at 12:00 pm, followed by walking meditation and a second sitting. We always do a mindfulness reading and a short dharma discussion.
As always, no previous mindfulness or meditation experience is necessary. Walking meditation is always optional. No fees, donations are always welcome.
