We invite you to begin the new year with an experiential workshop for people who are new to mindfulness practice and want to learn more, and those who want to explore some of what makes Thich Nhat Hanh’s teachings unique.
The moment we simply notice our racing minds - without judging ourselves - we are practicing mindfulness. When we notice how our breath feels in our body, we are present.
Annie and Camille will lead this workshop. We will begin with a deep relaxation meditation followed by discussion and practice of what makes Thich Nhat Hanh's teachings unique.
Masks are optional. Seating is limited to 20 in our meditation space.
