Please join us for this relaxed series in which we will practice together and deepen our understanding of the Five Mindfulness Trainings. These trainings are applicable to our daily lives as a way to sustain an easeful, compassionate and healthy way of living. They provide a framework for how we might live our lives if we want to contribute more to healing than to causing more harm.
Sessions will be facilitated by Annie Mahon, Jill McKay, and Camille Martone.
We will meet six Saturdays, 4-5:30PM* EDT
July 1 - Introduction to the trainings
August 5 - First Mindfulness Training
Sept 2 - Second Mindfulness Training
Oct 7 - Third Mindfulness Training
*For the Oct 7 session only we will meet 1-2:30pm EDT
Nov 4 - Fourth Mindfulness Training
Dec 2 - Fifth Mindfulness Training
In this series we will read and reflect on the trainings with fellow practitioners in both small and large groups. You will get to know others on this journey and prepare yourself for practicing the trainings in your life. If you choose, you may receive the transmission of the trainings in January 2024.
All levels of practice experience welcome.
