Dear Friends,
This week Camille & Annie will co-facilitate.
We will offer sitting meditation and walking meditation, and during our second sitting meditation, we will enjoy the Great Bell Chant to help us relax our bodies and minds.
After the meditation period, we will listen to Thich Nhat Hanh (Thay) giving a talk about listening to the bell as the reflection of the voice of the Buddha bringing us back to the present moment.

After listening, we will have time to share our experiences in listening to the bell in community, how we use the bell and other practices to bring ourselves back to the present moment, and whatever else is on our hearts.
This is a newcomers week. Arrive at 6:15 if it's your first time or if you would like to get a refresher in how the meditation works and the basics of sitting and walking meditation.
