Join fellow Opening Heart Mindfulness Community members for a relaxed gathering to review how we facilitate on Monday night, Wednesday morning, and Friday noon. We will practice inviting the bell, share how we come up with topics, how to sign up for facilitation, and support each other's growing comfort with holding space for the community.
