OHMC will be hosting a celebration this Saturday for the release of We Were Made for These Times, written by Kaira Jewel Lingo. This very special book talk event for Kaira Jewel will be co-sponsored by Still Water MPC and Washington Mindfulness Community for co-sponsoring this event.
Kaira Jewel will share 10 lessons in moving through change, loss, and disruption. She will offer a guided meditation, and answer questions related to the book. She is especially grateful to the Sanghas of the Washington DC area for their support and friendship in her transition from monastic to lay life, which she explores in the book.
